Happy picture with not so happy but hopeful caption. I think the quarantine and living at my parents’ is giving me the opportunity to deal with a lot of stuff from the past months. I guess I getting hospitalized and being very sick isn’t easy on your body as well as your mental and it’s not unusual to still be recovering for a long time. I didn’t allow myself the time to recover fully.. now it’s 4 months after and I’m still extremely weak physically. I had a lot of sadness and trauma from what happened to me and the extreme fear and pain I had while being hospitalized. It’s something I have to accept to be able to allow the change to happen. Yeah, I get really frustrated, sad because I just wanna run, dance. Hell, I wanna be able to talk/think without being exhausted and done for the day after a few hours. But I will do my best to believe I can change. Yeah, I lost my faith.. but this way, I will stay weak and stuck with pain and fear forever. *Pls someone just tell me it’ll end lol*
